purchased a machine payed a huge amount to ship and import. asked sales man if it could be installed out side and hold up in weather. was told yes. I received and installed out doors paid an electrician to hook up. unit fired up worked great until we had some weather. now it’s destroyed and only way to fix is if I pay to ship in parts. they will not fix it or take responsibility for it. they are telling me to pay for shipping of parts to fix it after I was told they would take care of it. then I am told in a message that I don’t have common sense. ultra crappy service and zero customer service when they make a mistake. all nice when they wanna selll you somthing, tell you what you wanna hear and then when you need service it’s non existent. thanks for a crappy broken 4,000$ air compressor.
